Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, company (optional), email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your actual password.
• Your images: the photos you upload and the images and videos the tools make from them.
• Usage: the jobs you run, credits used, and basic technical data such as your IP address for security and to limit login attempts.

How we use it

To run your account and the jobs you ask for, to email you about your account (approval, password resets, plan changes), and to keep the service secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your images to train AI models.

Where it's stored and processed

Account data and files are stored on our web host (Bluehost, in the United States). Images are processed on our own GPU hardware, which fetches each job over an encrypted connection and sends the results back.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your uploads and results while your account is open so you can download them again. Email hello@ketchupnomayo.com to delete specific jobs or your whole account, and we'll do it within 30 days.
