Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Ketchup No Mayo website and studio tools ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@ketchupnomayo.com.

Your account

You need an approved account to use the tools. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may decline or turn off accounts that misuse the service.

What you upload

Only upload images you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your uploads. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the jobs you ask for.

What you make

Images and videos you make with the service are yours to use, including commercially, in your store, catalogs, marketplaces, ads and social posts. AI output can contain mistakes: check every image against your real product before you publish it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to make misleading, illegal, hateful or sexual content, to imitate other brands or people without permission, or to try to overload or break into the service.

Credits and plans

Jobs use credits when they start. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Monthly plans add their credits each month; yearly plans add the whole year's credits when you pay. Upgrades are charged the prorated difference and add the extra credits right away. You can cancel anytime from your Account page: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep your remaining credits. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Availability

We run the service on our own hardware and aim to keep it available, but it can be offline at times. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
